Here are some of the most common questions about shopping with Islamic gifts shop.
1. How long does delivery take?
For orders inside Jeddah, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. For other cities in Saudi Arabia, delivery normally takes 2–5 business days, depending on the city and courier.
2. Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
• STC Pay
• Debit/Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for selected areas.
3. What is your return and exchange policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, only in the case of damaged, defective, or wrong items.
We do not offer refunds. In approved cases, we provide a replacement product only.
4. How can I request an exchange?
Please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days and share:
• Your order number
• Photos or video showing the issue
• A short description of the problem
5. Do you provide order tracking?
Yes, for most orders a tracking number is provided by the courier. You will receive it by SMS or email once your order has been shipped.
6. My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately and send clear photos or video of the damaged package and product. We will review the case and help you with a replacement according to our policy.
7. Can I change my address after placing the order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we will try our best to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp with your new address details.
